Plastic sealing film on pots and trays
PMD
Lots of cold meat (ham, salami, luncheon meat, etc.), sliced cheese, meat, fish, chicken, prepared meals, etc. that you can buy at the refrigerated counter in the supermarket come packaged in a plastic container or tray, sealed with a layer of plastic film. Pots of yoghurt and individual portions of jam, etc. are also often sealed with a layer of film. Is this sealing film made entirely of plastic? Then it can go in the PMD bag. First remove the sealing film from the pot, container or tray. If the pot, container or tray is also made of plastic, you can also put that in the PMD bag.
